More about me and my Story

I started my fitness career in 2002 as a Personal Trainer at Gold's Gym in Austin, TX, then moved to Los Angeles to pursue a Navy SEAL career. In 2008, I opened CrossFit Hollywood, the first CrossFit gym in LA.

Since then, I've trained thousands of clients, including celebrities Matthew McConaughey, Jason Clarke, Anne Hathaway, Jared Leto, and Brian Wilson (pitcher for the Los Angeles Dodgers), and coached athletes in Olympic weightlifting, bodybuilding, and even the Boston Marathon. I've also competed and won in CrossFit, weightlifting, and martial arts, while helping athletes reach the CrossFit Regionals and Games.

I continue to pursue knowledge in the ever evolving field of fitness, nutrition, and athletics with no intention of slowing down.
